This one of a kind brown wool felt percher beret fascinator hat is made completely by hand and is blocked over a wooden hat block. It would be a great hat for any fall and winter outing where you would like to make a statement. The base is wool felt that was recycled from a vintage hat. It was completely cleaned and then blocked into shape. It's topped with two hand cut and swirled pheasant feathers, one in red and the other natural. More vintage feathers, three velvet flowers and brown hand cut leaves finish off the embellishments. I do all of the stitching by hand.
An inner grosgrain headband helps it keep its shape and avoids damage from makeup. Mounted on a narrow headband to help keep it in place. One size fits all.
