This warm ladies 1920s style cloche hat in teal and black would impress Miss Fisher or any of the ladies on Downton Abbey! Teal wool felt velour is hand sculpted with an attractive and interesting swirl that starts in the back and gracefully crosses the front crown, ending in a pleat that frames the right side of the face. The shape is inspired by the Miss Fisher Murder Mystery series. The brim is a bit shorter in the back than in the front for a true cloche profile. The band is black dupioni silk with a coordinating peacock inspired fabric ribbon and small tail/bow. It's topped with a coordinating blue vintage rhinestone button. Inner adjustable grosgrain ribbon comfortably fits a 21 1/2 - 22 1/2 inch head size. This pretty hat will look great dressed up or down. Very versatile, warm and unique!

I have been making hats since 2004. My hats have been showcased in the Kentucky Derby Museum in Louisville, Kentucky since 2010, when I received the Judges Choice Award. I am honored to have had a hat chosen for display at The Great Hat Exhibition in London in March, 2018. I have won the Best of Show award at the Greater Cleveland Art and Gallery Festival, and many awards for art and gallery shows through the years.
