Though we usually associate the fedora with men (and it is a menswear look) it was originally worn by women. This pretty dusty purple and soft mauve pink warm wool felt fedora is a classic look made with the two different fabrics. The band is a narrow textured piece and the embellishment is a gathered element that once embellished a t-shirt that I found in a thrift shop. Inner grosgrain headband helps it keep its shape and avoids damage from makeup. Fully lined in soft cotton. What a classic and great hat! This one simply never goes out of style.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD SIZE: Place a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your head above your ears and eyebrows, where the hat will sit. Take this measurement three times to make sure it’s accurate. Generally speaking, a small range is 20-21 inches; medium is 21 ½ to 22 ½ inches and large is 23 to 24 inches.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I am happy to make a hat just for you according to your wishes. I send lots of photos and options during the process so that there are no surprises and you get just what you want. Please send me a message and we will work out the details. One caveat: I will not "copy" the work of another artists or maker.
