This pretty mauve/purple small brim hat is hand blocked over a vintage hat block and hand sewn. The asymmetrical brim rolls upward in the front and has a gentle crimp on the right side. Millinery wire is sewn inside of the brim edge to help the hat keep it's shape then covered with a satin binding. The band is a gorgeous hand dyed silk topped with a woven braid, handmade silk flower and velvet leaves. An adjustable inner grosgrain headband helps avoid damage from makeup. Gorgeous in every way!

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD SIZE: Place a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your head above your ears and eyebrows, where the hat will sit. Take this measurement three times to make sure it’s accurate. Generally speaking, a small range is 20-21 inches; medium is 21 ½ to 22 ½ inches and large is 23 to 24 inches.
