This spring/summer Black and white vintage lace fascinator definitely has a vintage vibe! It is hand blocked over vintage hat blocks and is hand sewn. It's made in two parts and perches on the head at an angle. It is a one-size hat and is mounted on a narrow headband to help keep it in place. Embellished with some long spiky feathers and two black and white hounds tooth fabric flowers.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD SIZE: Place a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your head above your ears and eyebrows, where the hat will sit. Take this measurement three times to make sure it’s accurate. Generally speaking, a small range is 20-21 inches; medium is 21 ½ to 22 ½ inches and large is 23 to 24 inches.
