"Winnie" is a vintage inspired neutral and natural cotton summer cloche hat that is a beautiful mix of texture. Colors include beige natural cotton embroidered with darker tan patches and stitching in rust, brown and ivory. a linen bow is woven through a faux tortoise shell buckle shaped like a flower. The brim is a solid woven linen fabric. Wear the brim down for more of a bucket shape or flip it back for another fun look that has a vintage vibe. The hat is topped with a pretty silk mini stripe band and a coordinating linen bow.
The hat is finished with a grosgrain ribbon around the inner headband to help keep the hat’s shape and keep makeup off of the fabric. This hat travels well. I can visualize it with a pretty summer sundress or shorts and a fun t-shirt. Fits a 21 to 22 inch head size. Handmade and one of a kind.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD SIZE:
Place a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your head above your ears and eyebrows, where the hat will sit. Take this measurement three times to make sure it’s accurate. Generally speaking, a small range is 20-21 inches; medium is 21 ½ to 22 ½ inches and large is 23 to 24 inches.

ABOUT THE MAKER:
I have been making hats since 2004. My hats have been showcased in the Kentucky Derby Museum in Louisville, Kentucky since 2010, when I received the Judges Choice Award. I am honored to have had a hat chosen for display at The Great Hat Exhibition in London in March, 2018.
