This fun, women's sustainable fabric Newsboy Hat is definitely a fashion statement piece for your spring/summer wardrobe. "Celeste's" visor helps keep the sun off your face and it's a great hat for so many outfits. Made with a a 1960s inspired abstract vine and leaves patterned cotton fabric that was a fabric swatch saved from the trash heap. The colors are tan, gold, black, white, copper and gray. The tan and ivory fern patterned brim is a nice complement as is the black band. The under side of the brim is the same fabric as the top of the hat.
Topped with an animal print rosette and vintage button. Fully lined in a soft cotton fabric. An adjustable inner grosgrain ribbon helps the hat remain clean and in shape. Handmade and one of a kind.
This hat looks great worn in the traditional manner or flip the brim back for another fun look. It's always a plus when something that would have been thrown out is up-cycled and reused to make a pretty accessory. This hat works well with shorts or jeans or dress it up with a great little dress.

FIT AND SIZE:
Inner adjustable headband. Comfortably fits a 21 1/2 to 23 inch head size (size is medium to large).
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD SIZE:
Place a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your head above your ears and eyebrows, where the hat will sit. Take this measurement three times to make sure it’s accurate. Generally speaking, a small range is 20-21 inches; medium is 21 ½ to 22 ½ inches and large is 23 to 24 inches.
